ART. VACCESSO AI DATI
The subjects who may become aware of the user’s personal data as managers or agents (based on Article 13 Paragraph 1 of the GDPR) are:

ART. XREDIRECT TO EXTERNAL SITES10.1.
The Site and/or the System may use the so-said social plug-ins. Social plug-ins are special tools that allow you to incorporate the functionality of social networks directly within the Site (e.g. the “like” function of Facebook). All social plug-ins on the Site are marked with the respective logo owned by the platform. ART. XIDATES RELATED TO THE POSITION11.1.
The home page (“homepage”) of the Site uses technology that identifies the physical location of the User’s device by collecting data relating to the longitude and latitude to which the device is located using HTML5 (“Location Data”). Location Data is shared with the “Google Maps” API which converts Location Data into a street address. The Location Data are not stored by PARINO MERCATO ANTIQUARIO nor are they used by it for any other purpose other than those described.
